Tabernacle Water offers a range of authentic products associated with ancient rites in the Biblical Tabernacle. The use of Tabernacle Water is well documented throughout the Bible. First, water is a strong symbol in the Bible that represents cleansing from sin. The priests involved in the Tabernacle service would immerse themselves several times before undertaking their duties.

This mikvah (ritual bath) in Shiloh, is one of many found in the surrounding area where the Tabernacle stood. Only pure water was allowed to be used during this ritual, and it had to be constantly refreshed from its natural source.

It is the Midrash (the oral law in the bible) that elevates the element of water out of the ordinary. On the verse, “They traveled three days in the wilderness and found no water” (Exodus 22), some mystically inclined Rabbis opined: “Water actually stands for Torah, as it is said (by Isaiah, 55:1), ‘Ho, all who are thirsty, come for water.’ Having gone for three days without Torah, the prophets among them stepped forth and legislated that the Torah should be read on the second and fifth days of the week as well as on the Sabbath, so that they would not let three days pass without Torah” (Babylonian Talmud, BavaKama 82a). Accordingly, the ritual immersion in the waters of Biblical Shiloh, was extended to non-priests as well. As Shiloh has been miraculously revived in our times, many righteous men and women quietly continue the ancient tradition of immersion in the waters of Shiloh, for many deep reasons. Its power of purification extends beyond any religious commandments, as the waters of Shiloh still flows from the same wellsprings that existed during the time of the Tabernacle of Shiloh.

Purified water is water that has been filtered or processed to remove impurities and make it suitable for use. Distilled water was, formerly, the most common form of purified water, but, in recent years, water is more frequently purified by other processes including capacitive deionization, reverse osmosis, carbon filtering, microfiltration, ultrafiltration, ultraviolet oxidation, or electrodeionization. Combinations of a number of these processes have come into use to produce ultrapure water of such high purity that its trace contaminants are measured in parts per billion (ppb) or parts per trillion (ppt).

Purified water has many uses, largely in the production of medications, in science and engineering laboratories and industries, and is produced in a range of purities. It is also used in the commercial beverage industry as the primary ingredient of any given trademarked bottling formula, in order to maintain product consistency. It can be produced on-site for immediate use or purchased in containers. Purified water in colloquial English can also refer to water that has been treated (“rendered potable”) to neutralize, but not necessarily remove contaminants considered harmful to humans or animals.

Tabernacle Water is freshly sourced from the wellsprings of Shiloh in the Samaria Hills. Prior to being bottled it is carefully filtered to ensure that it has a double layer of purification, the first being its natural source.
