The United States Senate votes 86-11 to pass a $40 billion package aimed at sending aid to Ukraine. The legislation will head to U.S. President Joe Biden for his signature.

The largest military, economic and humanitarian emergency package for Ukraine has been approved. While the military component has yet to be fully revealed, its inclusion is likely to prompt Russia to find an adequate response.
