What do you think? JTVC has found no records of Jews actually living there, but there’s has been a number of Jewish scientists spending many months engaged in research there. In 2010 it is estimated that up to 20 Jews were gathered there. However, the personal research of Chabad adventurer Meir Alfasi probably beats them all. On the assumption that Jews can be found everywhere, he actually took prayer objects to encourage any Jew found there to obey Jewish commandments, and he did find some there!
