ADVERTISEMENT INFORMATION

1. Video

• Client Company Name: The video will feature the client’ company name in text at the beginning and at the end, which will also include contact details. Accordingly, it is essential to provide JTVC with correct and up to date information.
• Duration: The video produced by JTVC will be approximately 2 minutes in duration.
• Presenter: JTVC will use its own sub-contract on screen presenter who will deliver the script. This is included in the Gold Package cost. However, the client is free at his or her own expense to use its own presenter on condition that the presenter is modestly dressed and able to talk clearly. In such circumstance, the client will need to provide JTVC with the presenters’ video on MPEG4 format. It is preferable to also have the client’s own presenter on a green screen background.
• Client Images: JTVC will expect the client to provide high-resolution image sizes not in excess of 2000 x 2000 pixels. However, we can usually find creative solutions for including awkward sized images and will be happy to work with the client towards getting the optimum results. Accordingly, we don’t expect the client to be over-concerned about technical issues. While industry standards are constantly changing, the actual image content and its placement within the video are of prime consideration.
• Client Video: JTVC is open to including client clips within the production ‘only at our own discretion’. In general, providing the client’s extra video footage to us does not exceed the allotted duration time of 2 minutes for the final video, this should not be a problem and therefore not incur extra cost.
• Acceptable Content: JTVC will not accept any material deemed pornographic, racially insensitive, or abusive in nature.
• Client Approval: JTVC operates on the basis of script approval, which once agreed upon then becomes subject to full production mode i.e. presenter’s content, titles etc.
• Video Placement: A copy of the final video will be available for the client’s own personal (or commercial) use. JTVC will include the final video in an appropriate and section of its website, visible to web traffic.
• Refund policy: Once payment is accepted work can begin, at cost to ourselves, within a short time span soon afterwards. Accordingly, a full refund can only be given provided we are notified in writing within 24 hours of payment being made.

2. Audio Advertisement

• Audio Duration: The audio is generally 30 seconds’ maximum duration. At our own discretion its length may exceed that time. 
• Audio Content: JTVC produces the audio advertisement with our own audio resources.
• Audio Placement: A copy of the completed audio will be available on MPEG 3 format for the client’s own personal use. JTVC will include the final audio in an appropriate and section of its website, visible to web traffic.
• Audio Script: JTVC produces the audio advertisement based on a prior approved script.

3. Professional Banner

• Banner Design: JTVC will design a banner consistent with the allotted space where it will appear on our website.
• Banner Quality: JTVC will do its best endeavor to produce a banner worthy of displaying and being integrated within its designated space.
• Client Information: The client will provide JTVC with accurate product description content and contact details to be inserted into the banner.
• Banner Placement: A copy of the banner will be available for the client’s own personal (or commercial) use. JTVC will include the banner in an appropriate section of its website, visible to web traffic.
